How do I book a Champagne Tower?

Yes, we deliver, set-up and collect. We will reach out to your venue and arrange suitable times to do this. You don't have to worry about logistics, except for sharing your runsheet and detailing where you would like the tower set-up.

Don't stress! We have never had a Champagne Tower fall, as our glassware is sourced to build stable towers.

Think about where you would like your tower set-up, we will need a flat surface. Choose a space that isn't high traffic, so no one accidentally bumps it. If you are planning on having the tower outside, consider factors like wind, rain and birds.

The only time we have seen a tower fall (online, not ours) is when the person pouring is distracted and their bottle hits the glasses.

If you are a newly married couple going in for a kiss, stop pouring while you do so, but definitely kiss!

Hard and fast, so that the champagne cascades down the tower and creates bubbles. Keep pouring each bottle into the top glass. Make sure the photographer can see your face when you pour.

Absolutely! Newly married couples normally pour at the same time. We have had up to 8 people pouring at once - FUN!

You supply the champagne. Chat with the venue to see if they allow BYO or if you purchase direct from them.

4 Tier | 30 glasses - 4 bottles part pour, 6 bottles full pour

5 Tier | 55 glasses - 8 bottles part pour, 12 bottles full pour

6 Tier | 91 glasses - 12 bottles part pour, 18 bottles full pour

7 Tier | 140 glasses - 18 bottles part pour, 28 bottles full pour

You can use champagne, sparkling wine, soda water - whatever you enjoy drinking.

You take the first glass and then invite guests to come and enjoy a glass. Usually bar staff are happy to assist with handing out the glasses. Eventually any remaining glasses can be moved to the bar. The stand can also be moved out the way to create more space in the area.

If you are planning a wedding, we recommend pouring the tower straight after the ceremony as the celebratory drink. We find that even those who don't love Champagne (how can they not!?) normally get involved and enjoy a glass as it's the first drink of the day.

If you are planning a corporate or special event, you can pour on guest arrival or at a key moment such as speeches and/or announcements.

Visit our contact page and leave an enquiry. We will get back to you with availability and a quote. If you are happy with the quote, you can approve it online and we will send you an invoice.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure the date. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event date.
